Group Cyclists Have Priority in Roundabouts

Cyclists riding in a group have right of way over motor vehicles when the first cyclist has already entered the intersection or roundabout.

In short, it’s as if the entire group forms a single imaginary vehicle, where the front is the first cyclist and the back is the last one.

Once the first cyclist enters, the whole group may continue even if other vehicles are approaching.

For this rule to apply, cyclists must ride as a group. If there is too much distance between them, the rule does not apply.
