How to transport pets in a car (Part 1) by Plane Parking S.L

When in a vehicle make sure dogs or other animals are suitably restrained so they cannot distract you while you are driving or injure you, or themselves, if you stop quickly. A seat belt harness, pet carrier, dog cage or dog guard are ways of restraining animals in cars.

✅ Two-point harness: the harness prevents the pet from moving forward. To prevent the animal from bumping into the seats, the harness should have a short attachment system.

✅ Separation grid: In vehicles where there is a common space between the seats and the trunk, a metal grid or net can be installed to separate these spaces. This allows the pet to move freely without disturbing the driver.
